The guidelines are simple.

You should be an Arlington resident and/or attend Arlington Public Schools.  You should be in middle or high school.  The artwork needs to be under 100k in size, and best if sized at 800px wide x 600px high.

Other than that, no rules!  Have fun and get creative!
