Last year the Communications committee of the Teen Network Board (TNB) had the idea to create a PSA and we finally filmed it. Being the committee chair, I volunteered to be in it, and I'm glad I did!

 Last week, Tuesday November 8th I went straight from basketball try-outs (I made JV, despite my being barely 4'9" woohoo!) upstairs to the distance learning lab at Yorktown to shoot our PSA! Tom McNulty and Ryan Williams who are students at the Career Center directed/filmed! They were awesome, we did it all in under 3 hours. I got to see all the lights put up, wires being plugged into a mini-monitor from the camera, and the whole set up of the room. A LOT of thought goes into how to shoot every frame and I was incredibly impressed by them!

Oh, and in other Communications Committee news, we picked a T-shirt design! ...not the one I wanted... but we have decided! And I guess I did agree to be a team player and wear whichever design won...aaaanyway, we will look more like a unified group now!
