L.I.F.E. - Leisure Independance for Everyone

If you are ages 13-adult and have a mental health need or disability, L.I.F.E. is a great program offered by Arlington county to help you with a number of things. For example handling money, practicing and improving appropriate social interactions or learning a specific sports or leisure pursuit. The goal of L.I.F.E. is for an individual to engage in leisure time as independently as possible.
